Meeting Reminder, Reschedule, and Cancellation via WhatsApp Bot

Enable chatbot-driven meeting lifecycle management through WhatsApp. After an appointment is booked via WhatsApp Flow (integrated with Google Calendar), the bot should automatically send a reminder one hour before the meeting using a WhatsApp template. The reminder must include options to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the meeting. Additionally, a platform-level feature should be introduced to allow users to configure automated reminders and manage rescheduling or cancellations directly from the dashboard. This supports end-to-end appointment handling through WhatsApp and enhances the booking experience.
