Inbox Template – Persistent Mappings

Sending a WhatsApp template from Inbox means filling in every variable by hand — pick an attribute from a dropdown, type a fallback value, upload a file for a media header. Today that work is thrown away the moment the modal closes, so the next send starts from blank.

This feature remembers it. The mapping an agent used is saved against the template and restored the next time anyone on the same customer account opens it — a different agent, a different lead, a different day.
