The rules will be created using a new chat component “If/Else condition”, where use will be able to create the condition using the contact’s attributes and take action accordingly.
Here are details for the same
Allowed Attribute are Name, Assigned agent, Email, Phone, Country, Date, Time and Other Custom Attributes
Allowed conditions (Will vary based on attributes) are Is, Is not, More than, Less than, Start with, Does not start with, End with, Does not end with, Contains and Does not contain
Allowed Action are Assign Chat to team user, Assign Tags, Change Status, Set subscriber Status, Next Message, Add in the groups, Add in drip campaigns, Start a New chat flow
