Follow Before DM and replying to comments

We’d like to request the implementation of two key features we've observed on a competitor’s platform that could significantly improve our audience interaction:

1. Follow-Before-DM Feature
   We’d like to enable a "Follow to DM" feature—where users must follow us before they're allowed to send or receive direct messages. This can help us grow our follower base organically while still offering 1:1 engagement.
   

2. Tag & Reply in Comments
   Currently, we can reply to comments, but we'd like to enhance this by enabling @mention tagging while replying—so the person being responded to is notified. This will help with clearer conversations and better user engagement.
