Delayed Follow-up Alerts for Inactive Leads

When users install the chatbot on their web or mobile applications, leads are not immediately captured in connected platforms (like Zendesk) if the chat session remains active but idle. To address this, we propose a feature similar to the WhatsApp bot's timed alert system — enabling the bot to automatically send a follow-up alert or trigger a lead submission after a specified delay (e.g., 5 minutes) of inactivity.
