Custom Slot Duration, Booking Limits & Dedicated Date-Time Component

Feature Requests

Hi Team, I would like to request three enhancements for the Chatbot builder: 1. Custom Appointment Duration: Allow custom duration input (e.g., 10 mins, 6 hrs, 1 day) instead of fixed options (15, 30, 45, 60 mins).

2. Max Booking Limit per Slot: In "Allow multiple bookings on same slot", add an option to set a maximum limit (e.g., max 5 or 10 bookings per time slot).

3. Dedicated Date & Time Component: Add a standalone Date & Time picker component separate from appointments. Please consider adding these features in future updates.

    Hi @vijay , thanks for the wonderful feature requests!

    On your above suggestions:

    1. The timing slot that is given to the customers are also partly dependent on the provider of the calendar services (like Google Calendar, Simplybook, etc). If you can let us know exactly which software you are using, we will be able to better serve you with a path forward for the feature.

    2. These settings too are configured on the calendar service side as well. Please let us know the software you are using in particular for the same.

    3. The following feature is already available. Our support team will be able to guide you to the usage of the same.

      1. Currently, I am using Google Calendar for appointment

      2. For the WhatsApp bot, a dedicated date and time picker component is currently not available, which is why this feature request is needed.
