New Release for BotPenguin

The release details are as follows:

We are excited to announce a comprehensive set of new features aimed at improving the BotPenguin platform. These features are designed to provide users with more flexibility, faster interactions, and a superior overall user experience.

1. Tilopay Integration for WhatsApp Payments

We have added Tilopay as a payment option within the WhatsApp payment component. This new integration allows users to choose Tilopay for secure and seamless transactions directly through WhatsApp. This provides more payment method flexibility, catering to a broader range of user preferences.

2. Enhanced Custom Prompt Limit

We have increased the custom prompt limit to 25,000 characters, empowering users to create more extensive and detailed prompts. This expansion accommodates complex conversational requirements and supports more sophisticated chatbot interactions.

Note: For using this functionality you must be using the a version of GPT above 3.5 Turbo

3. ChatGPT Response Streaming

Our latest release includes the addition of response streaming for ChatGPT. This enhancement allows users to experience faster and more interactive replies in real time, significantly improving the chatbot’s responsiveness and user engagement.

4. Chat Window Enhancements

We have introduced multiple updates to the chat window component to elevate the user experience:

• Custom CSS Support for Launcher and Bot Icon Placement: Users can now apply custom CSS to control the appearance and placement of the chat launcher and bot icons, providing greater design flexibility.
  

  

• CTA bubble position : You can configure the placement of the CTA bubble wether you want it on the left or on the top.
  

  

  
  

• Multiple CTA Support: We have added the capability to include multiple Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons, giving users more options to guide conversations and direct users toward specific actions. The maximum limit of the buttons is 6.
  

  

• Chat Window Expansion: The chat window can now be expanded, offering users a more comprehensive view and better interaction experience.
  

  

  
  How it works:
  The AI waits for a few seconds after you stop typing before responding. Here's how it works:

  1. Start Typing: Enter your query or message.

  2. Keep Adding Information: You have a short window[Time selected by you] to add more details without the AI immediately responding.

  3. AI Response: Once you stop typing and the timer runs out, the AI processes everything you entered and provides a complete response. To enhance session management, we have implemented an inactivity timer. This feature helps maintain efficient resource usage and keeps conversations timely by managing inactive sessions.
