Sending WhatsApp templates manually from Inbox is now easier. When a team member sends a template, BotPenguin remembers the details entered and automatically brings them back the next time that template is used.

You can now add an optional header to Single Choice messages in WhatsApp Chatbots. Headers can include text, images, videos, and documents, so end customers get the context they need before selecting an option.
