We are excited to introduce a suite of new features designed to enhance user productivity, automation, and customization within BotPenguin. This release focuses on expanding AI capabilities, streamlining integration processes, improving order management, and introducing advanced automation features to deliver a more powerful chatbot experience.

New Features:

1. Expanded AI Integration:

We have introduced support for Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek AI models, expanding third-party AI integration beyond ChatGPT. These integrations can be utilized as your LLM for all AI related capabilities. This enhancement offers users a wider range of AI options, significantly improving chatbot automation and intelligence.

Claude: Best for making AI chatbots that have deep, natural conversations.

Gemini: Great for training AI chatbots to understand and respond to text, images, and audio.

DeepSeek: Cheapest alternative in all available LLMs, Useful for improving AI chatbots in problem-solving and coding

2. Order Attribute Mapping:

We've introduced the Order Attributes feature to improve order management. When users enable "Use as Order Attribute" in Custom Attributes and select "Map Order Attribute," the attribute's value is stored with each new order instead of updating previous ones.

Simply put, every order is now saved as a separate entry, making tracking and management more organized and efficient. For example, if a customer places multiple orders via the WhatsApp chatbot, each one will appear individually in the inbox for easy reference.

4. Webhook Support:

We are in process of introducing the system wide Webhook functionality, currently supporting Instagram, WhatsApp, and Account-level integrations with limited events. We will be adding more detailed events in our next release. Users can now select webhook endpoints and bots to automate tasks, enhancing workflow efficiency.

5. Chat Flow Triggers:

The user can define keywords that will trigger certain actions. This functionality has been taken forward with Unsubscribe Triggers, which allows the user to select words which will unsubscribe them and stop their chat flow.
