Currently, only users who complete all steps (phone, email, call booking) appear in the Contacts section, while the Chats section includes all interactions—such as users who clicked and exited, or those handed over to a live agent (see attached screenshot).
I’d like to request:
Segmentation for all users who engage with the chatbot, regardless of completion status.
Automatic tag assignment based on user behavior (e.g. exited early, partial info, live agent takeover) for better filtering and follow-up.
