We’ve rolled out a fresh wave of updates focused on enhancing user experience across the board. From powerful improvements to WhatsApp templates, to the launch of a centralized Help Center designed to simplify user support— this release ensures end-users gain better control, visibility, and value.
We’ve upgraded WhatsApp template capabilities to give you more flexibility and use cases:
You can now create authentication templates to securely send one-time passwords (OTPs) to users.

Under the marketing category, templates can now include single product catalogue items, allowing you to showcase and share a specific product with users directly!

You can also add multiple Call-to-Action (CTA) and Quick Reply buttons in the same template — giving users more ways to respond or engage, all from a single message.
